Glashaus, formerly North Bay Shower Door, inc., is a registered California corporation. Located in San Rafael for over 25 years, we have been providing custom glass solutions for new home construction and remodels throughout the Bay Area. We service San Francisco, Marin County and Sonoma County. Our dedicated team of artisans and tradespeople deliver at the highest level and pride ourselves on our quality craftsmanship, design and industry experience.

Repairs and Service

If we installed your shower enclosure and it needs service please fill out the “Repair/Service Request.”

Schedule Repair/Service

All of our work carries a 3 year warranty against mechanical failure. Polycarbonate seals are warrantied for the first year. This warranty does not cover mildew or scratches. There is no warranty against mold or mildew in the silicone. We do not service shower enclosures that we did not initially install, but are happy to price out a new enclosure.

Warranty Service

If this unit is under warranty please provide your invoice number and the invoice date. If you do not have this information and are certain the enclosure was installed by us within the past 3 years please provide the following additional info so that we can lookup your project: Name of Contractor (if you had one) Name that the bill would have been sent to. We email all invoices and recommend searching your email history for our original invoice. If we did not install your project please contact the original installer or a handyman for repairs.
