Lead Technician
A team player with strong communication skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to work and complete jobs on-time with precision and quality craftsmanship to meet the highest standards in glass construction for residential and commercial projects. You have ninja senses and move through construction sites, shop environments and private homes, carrying heavy glass without anyone noticing. Problem solving skills which lead to making the best decisions based on the current project for a successful installation.
Qualifications
Clean DMV record and valid drivers license
2 or more years of experience installing frameless glass enclosures
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to communicate effectively to both clients and work team
Master of clean and flawless silicone
Precision drilling techniques
Responsibilities
Install high-end frameless glass enclosures, railings and mirrors
Organize daily installations
Check hardware and glass for flaws, cold work glass as necessary
Train apprentice installers in proper installation techniques
Manage work flow while on job site to maximize time efficiency
Draw cut sheets and fabricate mirrors as necessary

Apprentice
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a willingness to learn a new trade. Must be willing to take direction from lead technicians, have good communication skills and time management. Experience in construction a plus but not necessary.
